Why This Exists

Because loyalty shouldn't feel limiting.

If you've earned progress, you should have flexibility. Upgrade Your Reward means:

  • You can scale up to a bigger purchase
  • You can apply value anywhere eligible
  • You control how you redeem

It increases freedom. It increases clarity. It rewards people who are ready to invest more.

The Rules Still Apply

Upgrading doesn't bypass the system rules. The 30% cap still applies — but now it's calculated against the bigger purchase.

Important to know:

  • Still 1 token per order
  • 30% cap applies to the upgraded subtotal
  • Shipping is always excluded from the discount calculation
  • Token is consumed after checkout — it cannot be re-used
