By accessing and using monsterdepot.shop (the "Site") and purchasing Monster Stixx products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you:

• Authorize Monster Depot to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order
• Confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method
• Agree that prices are subject to change without notice, though you will always see the final price before completing checkout
• Understand that all prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required

Shipping Timeframes:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Standard shipping: 1-3 business days after processing
• Express shipping: Next business day after processing (select flavors only)
• Lab Pack orders include free standard shipping

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only
• P.O. Boxes may not be accepted for all shipping methods
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or flavor preference
• Opened or used products
• Products that have been stored improperly

Exceptions:

• Damaged in Transit: If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos
• Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange for replacement
• Manufacturing Defect: Defective products will be replaced on a case-by-case basis

No Medical Claims: Monster Stixx products are flavor devices designed for adult recreational use. We make no medical claims about our products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Ingredients: Each Side contains diamond-grade botanical blends with natural terpene isolates and organic flavor compounds. Full ingredient lists are available upon request.

Compliance: All products are manufactured in compliance with federal standards using verified botanical inputs in controlled conditions.

Monster Depot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

You use Monster Stixx products at your own risk. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for any effects, reactions, or outcomes from product use.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
